OVERALL DESCRIPTION;; Alice cuts a lean figure with modest musculature. Her face is sharply angled and bears a warm skin tone reminiscent of olive. Pale brown tresses are normally not allowed to swing freely and are customarily kept tied back in a smart bun or crown ponytail to keep them well out of her face. Alice’s russet eyes are large and some might consider doe-like, nearly over sized for her tapered features.
Often her wardrobe consists of white crisp blouses when not in uniform along with mindfully pressed trousers of a muted color or grey. Rarely does she wear skirts or dresses, and only for special occasions or quiet outings by the lake. Even then her style is repressed and neglects the need to demand attention by wearing bright blinding colors. Instead the young woman would far rather wear a simple garment with a clean stylish cut than some childish assortment of string tops and shorts. If any color at all is present it is always muted blues, greens and burgundies or single garments amid calm neutrals with a dusky brush of color such as a bold cobalt or emerald.
Her image is always preened carefully even if she does not follow with the local trends of her age group. Alice was forced to grow up quite quickly and her garments reflect the absence of your typical childhood.

STRENGTHS;; The most dominating strength Alice possesses is her intelligence, and razor sharp tongue. She grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth, and was brought up by the best tutors money could buy. Logic dominates her persona, overriding instinct and emotional attachment in every situation. Which often leads her morals to be a little shaky.
Alice has a wit with words, and skill with sarcasm. Classroom debate is her bread and butter, and at evey chance she attempts to start a quarrel with her professors.
Perhaps both a strength and a weakness is Alice’s initiative to push boundaries and take risks. Trapped by the constraints of her family’s status, adventure and danger are elements that the Ravenclaw girl seeks as often as she can.
WEAKNESS;;
The greatest weakness perhaps is Alice’s arrogance, she has a subconscious belief that she is at least partially invincible when it comes to academia, and even in the real world. Eventually a rude wake up call shall be racing towards her.
Though she strives for patience, Alice is probably the most impatient individual you will ever meet. She expects precise and prompt performance from everyone around her, which is again where her arrogance comes into play.
Lastly, though hardly the least important is the blatant fact that Alice internalizes emotions to a new level. She is an introvert to a fault. Even if the girl pretends to flaunt her silver tongue, and strive for the spotlight, her thoughts and true emotions remain hidden at all times. It might have been the stiff upper lip upbringing she experienced at the Trev’na estate, or the flimsy unsupported belief that non-purebloods are somehow inferior to her.
GOALS;;Alice strives for something more than the fate her mother has left for her daughter in taking over the family estate. Alice wishes to excel in the wizarding world upon her own merit, perhaps taking a position in the Ministry, or even gaining the office of Minister eventually. Though her need for thrill has even left her with the silent thought of becoming an Auror.
ERISED;;The thing Alice wants most is for her mother to recover from her continual mental disintegration, as some debilitating disease eats away at Vivaine’s senility. If her mother were well, and her elder sister Adrienne not meddling with those dark sort of witches, the role of handling and sustaining the Trev’na Estate would not fall to Alice.
PATRONUS;;The thought of her entire family being together again. Mother well, Adrienne acting properly again, and perhaps even the presence of her Father. Alice never knew him well as he died just after Anna was born, but all of them together paints an idyllic picture.
Her patronus takes the form of a snow leopard.
BOGGART;; The image of her mother finally deceased.
DEMENTOR;; The day that Adrienne moved off the estate grounds, leaving for London to join with her new friends and their dabbling in the dark arts. Alice may consider it a phase, but the image of her sister retreating down the pebbled drive, bags in hand sent a sickening chill down the witch’s spine. The family was crumbling, and Alice secretly worried on what Adrienne would be the next time she laid eyes upon her.
OVERALL PERSONALITY;;
Alice was brought up by her mother (when the woman was having far better years) to be the perfect daughter. Never in her classes was she allowed to neither fail nor walk out without achieving the highest marks possible. Her scholastic achievements were the prominent feature in her mother’s plan for her daughter. As such Alice is always incredibly sure of herself making her utterly overconfident in her abilities both magical and intellectual. The effect Adrienne’s departure from the family put a great deal of strain on Alice and her mother’s relationship as now no matter how hard Alice tried her efforts were never perfect enough. Perhaps it was some need to right the wrongs with Adrienne and push Alice all the harder and make at least one of her daughters the image of supposed perfection. A proper witch capable of taking over the family estate, and continue their prosperity. In this way Alice is always hard on herself when she fails at anything, constantly judging her own progress. Alice is ultimately a bitter individual and has grown emotionally hardened as she matured over the years.
Maybe it is some misplaced sense of duty to her disintegrating family, but Alice pushes herself to be that perfect daughter and invincible protector for her mother and Anna. As such she has a frosty exterior coated with sarcasm and vice. Silently Alice knows that she must shed the delusion of her perfection and the fantasy of good and evil when the moment calls for it. Violence is not at all beyond her, nor is harming others if it will keep her world tidily in one piece.
All and all Alice Vyrei Trev’na is a hard and rather strictly laced individual who operates with a dash of overconfidence and rashness.
At Hogwarts Alice presents herself as something of an intellectual laced with a carefully sharpened silver tongue. Only grudgingly does she play the part of a pure blooded social butterfly during the summer months at the estate when her time is not absorbed by her lessons. Her mother was always strict in that when Alice was at school her classes were far more important than anything else, friends, colleges......vendettas...
Still the young woman maintains an open ear for any hint of dark wizard activity and makes a point to act when she feels it is necessary. But vendettas aside, she is a rather mature creature for her age, no doubt a result of her mother’s influence. She is reserved most of the time, except when there is a moment in class to smugly shove her intelligence in the faces of others.
THE NEXT GREAT ADVENTURE JUST BEGAN
PARENTS;; Viviane Trev’na and Maxis Trev’na
SIBLINGS;; Anna and Adrienne Trev’na
FRIENDS;; If you still have none leave blank.
ENEMIES;; Same as above.
PERSON OF IMPORTANCE/RELATIVE;; Aunt Fa’vaille, sister of her deceased father and confidant of Alice’s
HISTORY;;
Alice Vyrei Trev’na was born in Cardiff ,Wales where her parents had been staying at her Aunt’s home during the length of Vivain’s pregnancy. The father, Maxis Trev’na would have his life ended abruptly during his work with the ministry; the details of his death were never released. The three sisters were then left without a father. But Alice and new born Anna hardly remember the man, so his loss is a dim one within their minds. Still they were a prideful well-to-do family and they kept their chins high as they grieved for their loss.
Regardless of Maxis’s death the Trev’na line was still a prideful, albeit dying strand of pure bloods still clinging to their precious history and smugness.
Still it was not expected for Adrienne to take so heavily to her dark little circle of mates that she would leave her mother and siblings to join her new friends in London. Yet in the face of all hopes and ‘what ifs’, the eldest girl of the Trev’nas’ disappeared one afternoon leaving a weeping mother in her wake and Alice watching silently from her bedroom window.
Alice changed then, her entire persona freezing over in the understanding that the world was far bigger than what she had believed it to be. She grew hard and unforgiving then, her heart hidden behind a cage of iron, her capacity for mercy and hope weakened to a soft whisper.
Her mother Viviane and her little sister Anna now dwell in the safety of her Aunt Fa’vaille town house in Cardiff since the painfully empty Trev'na Manor is far to lonesome with its vacant halls and dangerous haunts out in the wide haunting moor lands. When not at school finishing out her final year Alice has taken up residence there at the family estate, living alone save for two trusted servants.
Hogwarts Details:
Alice is as her mother intended, an individual who values scholarship and receiving the highest marks possible in her classes. In reality Alice finds a certain form of serenity in setting herself to her studies. Her mind is her only sanctuary and she treats it as such with great reverence for learning. She excels in potions work, finding the direct unfettered science of working with both ordinary and magical compounds something that will be the same day in and a day out, and something that she can easily control.
Transfiguration takes a bit more effort for Alice to contend with, as it is less memorization related and more effective simply with practice. Of course she is more than willing to put in all the time necessary to practice such things and in time enough the young Trev'na gains command over the spells she is instructed to utilize.
By far the most exciting thing for Alice during her last year at Hogwarts is the extended practice of Conjuration, making matter and living things appear out of "thin air". To be utterly blunt, Alice had begun toying with this sect of magic early into her second year, her owl Sian can attest to that fact due to several singed tail feathers when she came in to close to another of Alice's "attempts."
All of that aside, Alice is known to be an individual known to appreciate her time alone with a book in hand in the library or the common room. The only time that she is shown to display any interest in her fellow students is with a mention of some new dark sect of wizards on the streets or anything pertaining toward a new source of danger for the wizardry world. Every morning in the great hall she can be seen with half a dozen news papers splayed out before her along with a potions book as she searches for any hint of Adrienne's reemergence into the light.
ROLE PLAY EXAMPLE;;
The Doctor was always one for dramatics when given the choice between an evil planet dominated by sentient hair extensions and a small town out of Nebraska in 1998. Issildia flicked her tongue at the foggy air, ridding herself of the taste of fried oxygen particles clinging to her mouth. Time travel with a vortex manipulator was hardly pretty, and it left a hell of an aftertaste when it was all said and done. Regardless, she was left to do the boring dirty work, and the Doctor was off battling a band of violent, less than friendly second hand wigs. The woman rolled her eyes decidedly before popping open the manipulator, the device still smoking on her wrist, her location displayed in electric green lettering.
‘Bloomfield NE, 1998, June 11th : Population 952’
The morning air was thick with a humid haze as the fog was slowly being burnt up by the rising sun. Fields lay about the small village, consuming the horizon and forming a neat perimeter about the collection of white faced houses and shops. A massive sign, more of a billboard, that had certainty seen better days, was painted a chipping white and blue hue with mammoth letters splayed across its face.
“Bloomfield, The Busy City”
Issildia scoffed with a hint of a smile pulling at her face before snapping the the Vortex manipulator shut. It looked like nothing more than an especially wide banded watch to an onlooker. The huntress fidgeted with her clothing, rather uncomfortable in the foreign fabrics, the lack of her Valkerie exo-suit beneath her wardrobe proving to be disconcerting. The former Torchwood agent dressed in a well fitted cropped leather jacket, a simple white undershirt and a pair of dark wash blue jeans. An economical canvas bag was slung over her shoulder.
Issildia began striding into the pint-sized town, her skin crawling with the outward lack of people. No kids loitering, no laughter from inside a local bar, nothing. The TARDIS had homed in on the little town of Bloomfield, as the population had been pushing out vast numbers when it came to labor hours, their modest textile mill and farming exploits reaching far beyond any of the neighboring towns in sheer output. It was as if the town’s folk spent every waking, and slumbering hour at work. Well again, the Doctor busied himself with the planet dominated by the evil, and very sentient hair extensions while shooing Issildia off to deal with the thrilling town of Bloomfield.
Smoke clouded the sky where the textile mill trundled away at the very northern end of town, tractors rumbled in the background as the first signs of life began to reveal themselves.
Not a single soul walked the packed dirt roads crisscrossing the village; perhaps the greatest of all the oddities was that the local farmers market was utterly silent. When Issildia arrived there, the woman ceased her trek, the scent of rotting vegetables hitting her like a battering ram. Abandoned, a place like this should have been alive with activity, and yet the only visible members of the town’s people were working ceaselessly on tractors, or at the mill.
A town where no one ate, or slept, not a sound of laughter or mischief.
Welcome to Bloomfield, the busy city.
